We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at todd.exodo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used aftercare products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
